Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME
We do our best to process orders the same day. 
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing 
and shipping. Shipping delays may occur during 
high-volume periods, holidays, or unforeseen 
circumstances.

SHIPPING RATES
- Free standard shipping on U.S. orders $50+
- Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $50
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

DELIVERY TIME
Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business 
days after processing. Delivery times are estimates 
and not guaranteed.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation 
email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 
hours for tracking to update.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship within the United States.

MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen 
packages marked as delivered. If your package is 
missing, please contact us within 7 days of the 
delivery date at info@theoures.com. We will help 
submit a missing item request or contact the carrier 
on your behalf.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before 
placing your order. We are not responsible for 
packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided 
by the customer. Orders cannot be modified or 
canceled once placed.

SHIPPING DELAYS
While we strive to ship on time, carrier delays 
may occur due to weather, holidays, or other 
factors beyond our control. We appreciate your
