Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping:

We do our best to process orders on the same day. However, we do ask for 1-3 business days to process and ship your order. Please be advised that shipping delays can occur.

 

Return Policy:

You have 14 days from the date your order was received for any damages or returns to be claimed. 

Email info@theoures.com with your order number and reason for return. If your item is damaged, please also include a photo. 

Your return will be processed within a week to a week and a half. We'll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed. 

The return shipping cost, $9.50 will be deducted from your refund. You can also mail in your return to the address:

Conditions: All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition or will be subject to denial. Shipping and handling fees are final and nonrefundable. 

All sale items are FINAL sale. 

 

Missing or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered. Feel free to contact us for assistance within 7 days of delivery date as we're happy to help submit a missing item request or contact the carrier for more information on where / when the package was delivered.
