Shipping

We do our best to process orders on the same day. However, please allow 1–3 business days to process and ship your order. Please be advised that shipping delays may occur.

No Returns or Exchanges

At TheOures, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with the product, except for defective or damaged items as described below.

We encourage you to review all product details, sizing, and photos carefully before placing your order. If you have questions prior to purchasing, contact us at info@theoures.com — we're happy to help.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@theoures.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the defect or damage

All returns must be pre-approved. We will provide a return shipping label only after your request has been reviewed and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been issued. Any items sent back without an RMA will not be accepted or refunded. Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Item Conditions

All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition. Items that do not meet these conditions will be subject to denial. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All sale items are final sale.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

Missing or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered. Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at info@theoures.com and we will be happy to help submit a missing item request or contact the carrier for more information.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable California or federal consumer protection law. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
